I was inspired to draw Chun-li as a Chibi once more.
Oddly, I drew this pretty quickly. The only problem I had was the background.

When I started coloring her, I didn't want to go with her traditional blue & yellow. Instead, I chose her original color scheme consisting of Orange and yellow, from her debut pictures in SFIIWW. Though I didn't have any references for the colors, so I had to do them by memory.
As for the background. I was pretty lost on what to do. I originally intended for her to drop in donuts, cake, maybe even a mountain of candy. But like my last picture with Chun-li, I went with the warm colors. The idea to include her Nations Flag helped, though I need practice when it comes to the flag's shadows when it waves.
The bubble explosion was originally intended so that Chun-li's outlines didn't blend in with the original background setting.
