I colored his old request as I was hoping to get more views on the Colors3D website. I seem to be the only Chun-li or even Street Fighter artists on the site. About half the Colors gallery featuring Chun-li is mine. XD

Anyways, I also colored this picture as I'm still working on my friends current request. It's rather big, so this one may take quite some time to finish. So hopefully everything comes out ok. ^^

Still trying new things with the BG. I based this one a little off the old Box art of Shantae sitting in front of a red BG. I added a little smoke to give that transformational effect.
